- To build a resort for spiritual tourism combining relaxation; establish tourism spots basing on the natural conditions available in the region.

- To attract domestic and foreign tourists.

- Location: in Truong Xuan and Truong Son communes, Quang Ninh district, Quang Binh province, 15-20km southwest of the province's centre; west of the Ho Chi Minh Highway East, convenient for traffic.

- Land use area: 300 - 500 ha.

3. Total estimated investment capital:

- Minimum: VND 250 billion

4. Forms of investment:

- 100% capital of the investor

5. Involved agencies:

- Project owner: the Investor and Quang Binh provincial authority

- The project is valued by: the Quang Binh Department of Construction
