- Develop a modern, synchronous ecotourism resort to offer relaxation stay combining stream bathing; preserve culture and nature, create spiritural tourism, relaxation, recreation service, sports activities, fishing, stream bathing, walking, etc.

- Create a unique landscape in combination with an urban space and regional cultural space.

2. Project location and project scale:

- The Thac But - Gieng Tien resort is about 2km north of the centre of Quy Dat town;

- Estimated land use area: 100 ha.

3. Total estimated investment capital:

- Minimum: VND 120 billion

4. Forms of investment:

- 100% capital of the investor

5. Involved agencies:

- Project owner: the Investor and Quang Binh provincial authority

- The project is valued by: the Quang Binh Department of Construction

- Approving agency: Quang Binh Provincial People's Committee.
