FDI PROJECTS

1. Quang Binh Bohemia Kaolin Company, Ltd (100% capital of the Republic of Czech) was issued Certificate of Investment No.2089/GP dated December 1st 1998 and adjusted for the first time on October 25th 1998 by the Ministry of Planning and Investment; and issued Investment Certificate for Adjustment No.2089/GCNDC2/29/1 dated December 1st 2008 by the provincial People's Committee. The company specializes in mining and processing of kaolin with a total registered capital of USD35.1 million.

2. Khe Nang Gold Processing and Mining Project was issued Certificate of Investment No.29122000038 dated April 15 2008 by the provincial People's Committee. The project is jointly carried out by Quang Binh Import-Export Joint-stock Company and Dai Thong Economic Development Corporation (Quang Tay, China) through the establishment of Quang Thong Mineral Company Limited. Total registered capital of the project is USD4.5 milion.

3. Commercial White-leg Shrimp Raising Farm Project (100% capital of Thailand) was issued Certificate of Investment No.29122000098 dated June 29th 2009. The project is carried out by CP Vietnam Livestock Breeding Joint-stock Comapny with a registered capital of USD6 million.

4. Lavimont mechanical workshop project of Vietnam Lavimont Company Limited (joint-venture with the Czech Republic) was issued Certificate of Investment No.29122000119 dated November 19 2009 by the provincial People's Committee with a registered capital of EUR1 million.

5. Beaverson Gmbh Handel – Innovation – Technonogy Transfer Corp Company Limited  (jointly established by Vietnamese individuals and the Federal Republic of Germany) was issued Certificate of Investment No.291222000230 dated August 20 2013 by the provincial People's Committee. The company specializes in trade business, tourism and goods import-export with a registered capital of EUR50,000.
