Some preferential policies and investment support in the province
SOME PREFERENTIAL POLICIES AND INVESTMENT SUPPORT IN THE PROVINCE
(According to Resolution No.19/2017/NQ-HDND dated July 18th, 2017 of the Provincial People’s Council promulgating regulations on some preferential policies and investment support in the province)
I. TAX INCENTIVES AND LAND INCENTIVES
Enterprises are entitled to the highest incentives for each type of investment preference according to the current provisions of law.
II. SUPPORTING FOR CLEARANCE
Investment projects using land in Quang Binh and not yet cleared are eligibile for financial support of up to 2% of total investment capital (excluding compensation and land clearance cost) but not exceeding:

III. SUPPORTING FOR LABOR FORCE TRAINING
Support 50% of training costs. Support for 01 time/01 project and support value will not exceed 500 million VND / project.
- Projects that regularly employ more than 200 local laborers will receive: VND1.5 million/person/course for unskilled laborers; VND 01 million/worker who ought to be retrained.
- Projects that often use 100 ÷ 200 local laborers will receive: 01 million VND / person / course for unskilled laborers; VND 0.5 million per worker who ought to be retrained.
IV. SUPPORT FOR CONSTRUCTION OF TECHNICAL INFRASTRUCTURE OUTSIDE THE FENCE OF THE PROJECT AREA
Support up to 50% the pre-tax value of road construction outside the project area, but not exceeding:
