Prime Minister appoints new Deputy Minister of Culture, Sports and Tourism
On 28th February 2024, Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh signed Decision No 207/QĐ-TTg appointing Mr. Ho An Phong, Vice Chairman of the Quang Binh Provincial People's Committee, to the position of Deputy Minister of Culture, Sports and Tourism.

Mr. Ho An Phong, born in 1971, used to hold the following positions: Secretary of the Provincial Youth Union of Quang Binh Province; Secretary of Quang Trach District Party Committee (Quang Binh Province); Vice Chairman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front of Quang Binh Province; Director of the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism of Quang Binh Province; Director of the Department of Tourism of Quang Binh Province; Vice Chairman of Quang Binh Provincial People's Committee.
On 1st March 2024, at the headquarters of the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism, a conference takes place to announce the Prime Minister's Decision to appoint Deputy Minister of Culture, Sports and Tourism Ho An Phong.
