In 2019, the number of tourists coming to Bo Trach district is relatively good
Bo Trach district welcomed and served over 728,000 tourist arrivals coming for sightseeing and leisure travel in the first 6 months of 2019
In order to achieve the aforementioned result, Bo Trach district has focused on investing infrastructure construction, speeding up the progress of projects for tourism development; strengthening the support of propagating, attracting investment, improving the quality, diversifying tourism products and services associated with environmental protection; building a friendly, civilized and safe culture of tourism to attract tourists; promoting the management of prices and services in tourist areas to develop sustainable tourism.
In the first 6 months of 2019, Bo Trach district welcomed and served over 728,000 tourist arrivals coming for sightseeing and leisure travel, an increase of 7.7 % over the same period last year. In particular, international visitors were estimated at over 133,000 arrivals, up 32% against the same period. The turnover from tourism activities reached VND 611 billion, a rise of 8.7% compared to that in 2018.
